The opposite of process is one-off.

Process antonyms:
halt, backwash, failure, decline, stoppage, remain, neglect, inactivity, immobility, inaction, cessation, ignorance, idleness, about-face, decrease, ignore

These are terrible words – words you don’t want to describe your business.

The desired outcome – what will this look like when it is done?

2. Frequency – how often does this need to be done

6. Ownership – Accountability
