1. Elegant.  Elegant in so many ways!
2. A business that can be standardized (what a beautiful word)
3. Not easily disruptable
4. About quality. (quality people, properties, prices, etc.)
5. A product that never goes out of style – Not just the plants, but what they create.
6. A recurring revenue business.  Ok, maybe there was some order here. I saved the best for last.
