Greetings business leaders of all kinds… I’m Brad Miller, the author of Victory Goes to the Business with Superior Systems and the creator of the Your Best Work, The Best Way Process. I teach a systems-strategy to small business owners and leaders to “scale their business and create free-time.” Yes, you can have both! In fact, with a systems-strategy, the two are inseparable – “an abundant life and a business that works.”
I’m also a small business owner since 1983, (Interior Plant Scapes) and better than anything – husband to my high school sweetheart, and the father of an amazing adult daughter.
Victory in business, however, is not how my story begins. My small business had a rocky start in 1983. Even after ten years, it was a business that “didn’t work” and honestly, I wanted out.
